Talking about myself + my story isn't really my thing...
But I think it's important to talk openly about my past struggles and to be vulnerable with my audience.
You can probably relate to me... but there was a time when I was overtraining, under-fueling, playing the comparison game and ALWAYS trying to be lean.
Let's talk about the good, the bad, and the ugly of constantly wanting more and never being satisfied with your progress/current body.
