Injuries are the worst. Especially when you are seeing so much progress with your running. But, having to put your training on ice while you figure out what got you hurt in the first place can make you much stronger. I talk to my running teammate and the person who paced me to place 3rd overall in the Central Park Half about what we do to get through an injury.
