In episode 33,ย We recap the last show a last week and everything in between since episode 32!
Continuing with the broader theme of brain, body, and business and what that all means and entails. This episode really focuses on breathing awareness and both the benefits of breathing better but also some of the hidden things we don't realize and often take for granted because as long as we're breathing we think we're good but we may be causing harm to our bodies!
This is definitely a deep dive into breathing and kind of my journey but also it is more of a storytelling so that more awareness around this is brought to light because I think it is really misunderstood and beneficial for people to learn more about going forward! Breathing will not fix everything in your life but you'd be surprised how the simple act could really change a lot of things that may be difficult or of concern potentially now or down the road.
The TL;DR:
All three sections brain body and business are intertwined in this weeks episode. First two are critical to being able to even touch on the third hence this weeks kind of intertwined discussion. Without a healthy body and mind or a plan to continuously improve those to business is almost irrelevant but we touch on all of them this week as usual. Perhaps not the most involved episode with business this week!
A few books that I've been reading that might be of interest as well related to breathing
