Shannon Ross is the executive director of The Community, which he founded with invaluable outside support in 2014 while serving a 17 year prison sentence for a violent crime. The Community addresses the effects of the criminal punishment system with two arms: Pre-entry and Correcting the Narrative. Shannon was released in 2020, and has since become a founding partner of Paradigm Shyft: Reentry Strategies and Consulting, a fellow at Marquette University, a Represent Justice alum, and a grateful first-time father with a master’s in sustainable peacebuilding from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.Listen to Shannon's podcast "All In, All Out.
