Have you ever been injured but trained through it? What about having the feeling of something not quite feeling right and training through that? Ever ask yourself why you trained through mild to moderate pain? There are 9 days to go before I race in an event that I've been training for for 2 years...and I injured myself! I am so tempted to keep my training schedule...
