If you've ever been minorly injured or especially seriously injured, I believe that you can recover to participate in sport again. Will you recover to the level of performance that you experienced before the injury? I don't know. Maybe. Maybe not. But I am convinced that you can exceed what you believe is possible. All it takes is belief, patience and a careful plan.
