36: My Two 'Words' for 2023

If you're anything like me, I'm always looking for ways to improve myself on a daily basis. While goals for the year can feel daunting, I still like to coin one or two key words to focus on, especially during the days that feel difficult.

This year, my focus is on 'COMMIT' and 'COMMUNITY'.

Starting a task or goal is one thing, but actually COMMITTING to it is another. Finishing that book you started months, committing to the side hustle every week vs only when it's convenient for you.

Community is SOOOOO incredibly important to me, to feel like you BELONG, to feel SEEN, to feel HEARD, to feel like you aren't ALONE. I want to bring more community to the forefront of the podcast for 2023 and would LOVE for you to join!

P.S. - Fair warning! I recorded the episode in Tampa, Florida WITHOUT my Blue Yeti mic, so the audio/acoustics aren't as great as normal...thank you for your patience in advance!
