In today's episode, I share a WILD story from the weekend about plans changing for a wedding I was in, our son, Luka, throwing up over our hotel bed and how pivoting helped get us through the night.

Even if you don't have kids, life HAPPENS. Plans CHANGE. Things don't always go the way we want or plan. We sometimes find ourselves in this 'fight or flight' mode, where we have to find a way to FIGURE IT OUT.
