I'm working with an integrative doctor, do I need a health coach?

Health and nutrition coaching is a relatively new area of support in our healthcare system. I sometimes get the question from potential clients, “I’m working with an integrative doctor, how does health coaching fit into this picture?” It’s a great question and one I would love to bring some clarity to today!
