#93 Switch the narrative

In this weeks episode I talk about the importance of enjoying the journey. I use the analogy of binging a TV series in the space of a few days completing it and feeling that void and compare it to racing to your fat loss goals to miserable lengths to get to" il be happy when" only find that void. I give you tools to combat that and falling in love with the feeling of being in control of your own destiny.
