#58 Daily tracking and Monitoring trends on progress

This week I discuss how when making decisions we should be taking a decision by decision approach but when looking at overall progress we should be looking at trends over a few weeks.  Theres alot covered in this weeks episode and I use a helpful analogy to relay this message that will hopefully stick with you.
