Dirty hit on Chytil is it a suspendable hit? Chytil has a history of concussions

In this episode we talk about the dirty hit by Blackhawks forward Jason Dickinson on Filip Chytil towards the end of the Blackhawks and Canucks game. There was no call made on the play, but it did result in Chytil leaving the game, plus with his concussion history. It makes you wonder if the Player of Department Safety will be looking at this.
