In this episode Margo at long last launches a concept she WISHES she had had as a young or even seasoned teacher called "yoga help desk" !

In her first  YHD episode she talks to Sophia a new and bright yoga teacher who is struggling with some studio politics, some good old fashion "imposter syndrome" and just general disolusionment around teaching. I mean can we realte!?!??! YES WE CAN!
