Balsamic Birthday

Each year before your birthday, you may feel a low come on or depression. Depression is about the need for inner reflection. This is a Saturn principle. To gather inward and reflect upon which structures need restructuring. Pondering new directions. Depression has this purpose. This is also a time where the most suicides happen statistically. This time before our birthday each year can feel very dark, confusing, and rudderless. It varies on the depth of challenge it presents and it is akin to the balsamic phase of the moon just before the new moon. This phase is the trip through the underworld before the rebirth. Knowing what is happening during this time allows for smooth navigation through choppy waters.  Happy Birthday!
