In this episode, Martinique and Jen talk with Freeda Brook, Acquisition and Resource Management Librarian at Luther College. We talk about what benefits librarians might get from doing their own research and publishing and how that work can impact teaching in the library. Martinique and Freeda also share their current research project and where they plan to go with it in the future.
We also want to offer a big apology to our listeners for the audio quality on this episode. We had some technical difficulties that made Freeda’s audio in particular sound poor. The problems were entirely on our end, but we had such an excellent conversation that we still wanted to share it. Please know that improving our audio production is a top priority for us in the coming months, and we hope future episodes will be much easier on the ears! In the meantime, thanks for your patience.
