Tips for Three’s a Crowd:

From Mary: Since recent studies have shown that one of THE MOST important health factors is having good relationships, take time to build healthy relationships just like you might take time to exercise and eat healthy foods and get good sleep.

From Katie:Yoga is about building connection and community, not about how flexible you are. A yoga class can be a great place to begin looking for friendships and healthy connections.

From Hope:Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) encourages you to change your negative thoughts, but a really good starting place is to simply notice when and how often you are having negative thoughts about a situation.
