Kimberly Boyd reveals her morning routine and we each answer an "Empowering" question. Kimberly shares what she learned at the Rise Conference about creating and achieving goals.

Tips:
 Write 10 goal statements each day, but only focus on achieving one at a time. Write out statements for your day, such as what time you will wake up and in what frame of mind. Be intentional about how and where you are spending your time!
