In part two, we explore the topic of caring for elderly parents with Paige Olsen, MA, LPC. We examine how boundaries play into this issue, and how we can both cope with it better if we are currently in this position, or better prepare for the eventuality of this position.
Tip from Paige: The earlier you can arrange a conversation about care preferences during ages, the better it will be. This goes for parents with their children, as well as children with their parents!
Tip From Mary: There is a major fork in the road during the years of the 40s and 50s- the choices you make can result in the fork of sickness and suffering or increased health and wellness. Choose wisely!
