Dating is already hard enough… so why are we making it harder with all these unspoken rules and assumptions? From the “he has to confirm the date or else” mindset to shutting down casual first date ideas, these little rules create more walls than doors. I share some of my own experiences (and what I’ve seen floating around social media) to show how easy it is to slip into defense mode instead of leaning into curiosity.
