Have you lived up to your vision & goals for 2022? In today’s episode we are going to be going through some reflection questions we can ask ourselves to see how we did. Grab your vision board, a piece of paper and a pencil, and let’s get into it! 

QUESTIONS TO COMPLETE THIS REFLECTION:

• What went really well this year?
• What are 3-5 big things I am celebrating about the year?
• What is something I had on my goals / vision for the year that didn’t happen, Why didnt they happen 
• What is something I am bummed I didn’t get to this year & is it something that I will prioritize next year
• Where are areas that I feel like I could improve on next year? 
• What are feelings from 2022 that I want to duplicate / avoid in 2023?
