Black Leadership and Trauma

Neil and Michelle Howard have an open conversation about the impact Black trauma has on relationships between Black and white people. Michelle offers a meaningful distinction to illustrate why Black trauma is important to acknowledge in workplaces that seek to be inclusive, and where Black people can feel a sense of belonging.
