Yoshiko Stowell has about 18 years of diverse experience in Regulatory Affairs and a Chair of Women in Bio, an organization of professionals committed to promoting careers, leadership, and entrepreneurship of all women in the life sciences.
In this episode, Yoshiko shares her experience of the differences in culture as a Japanese woman when she moved to the US to study Chemical Engineering. This taught her the importance of hard work and resilience in a male-dominated field. She also emphasizes the importance of self-acceptance and authenticity in finding your own voice in leadership.Β
