Oscar Trimboli is an Apple Award-winning podcast host, professional speaker, and author of How to listen: Discover the Hidden Key to Better Communication. He has done extensive research on the topic of listening in the workplace.

Scientifically speaking, we only hear 14% of what the speaker thinks; hence, great leaders notice even what is not being said. He also talks about the four villains that limit someone’s ability to deeply listen: dramatic, interrupting, lost and shrewd.
