He has almost 30 years of cumulative experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion which focuses on developing leadership talent for the LGBTQ+ community, and is the author of a critically acclaimed and award-winning book entitled, “Pride Leadership: Strategies for the LGBTQ+ Leader to be the King or Queen of their Jungle.”
