Mark J. Silverman is no stranger to overcoming adversity and mastering his own overwhelm. In his teens, he became addicted to drugs and alcohol that by the time he reached 27, he was homeless and living in his truck. He then decided to live sober, earned a college degree at 40, got married, had kids, and successfully landed a job at the fastest-growing startups in Silicon Valley. Yet despite achieving success externally, he fell into depression and became suicidal. When he discovered the world of coaching, he started to rebuild himself and redefine success in the aspect of internal self-worth.

Mark’s bestselling book, “Only 10s 2.0: Confront Your To-Do List and Transform Your Life” became an instant hit among CEOs and C Suite Leaders as it gives practical tips on overcoming the feeling of overwhelm and fighting distractions by prioritizing the two most valuable things in life: time and attention.
