Nicole Greer is the CEO of Vibrant Coaching and Consulting. She helps organizations to be the people they were created to be by building that vibrant culture for teams. Her vast experience in training employees across multiple industries led her to discovering the significance of having a vibrant culture in organisations.

Vibrant was a word Nicole’s Master coach used to describe the energy she brought to the room, which then inspired her to start her Coaching and Consultancy business. 

Nicole describes a vibrant culture as having teams who “get lit”. It is about transparency and clarity of direction, integrity to hold each other to a certain level of excellence, and properly articulating the role each plays to the shared purpose. When both intrinsic and extrinsic motivations align, teams will naturally go above and beyond what is expected of them.
