Jon researches the intersection between business and society and how businesses can have a sustainable and meaningful impact on the world.

When businesses have clear purpose they build trust.  Trust builds strong employee engagement.  An engaged workforce working towards a clear purpose can achieve SCALE and deliver societal good.
