This week we bring you Part 1 of a special Part 2 interview with one of the most inspirational people I have ever met or worked with.

Kimberley Abbott is the CEO and Founder of Vested, an organisation that has a vision to redefine the definition of the word "Millionaire".  Vested would like to redefine "Millionaire to be a person who impacts millions of lives.

Kim is also a consultant to the United Nations where she is the Innovation Tech Lead helping to define, build and maintain the CPAS system with uses big data analytics to assess the impact of United Nations activities in regions around the world and allow for tactical and strategic decision on the basis of meaningful data.

She is also the CEO of Social Impact Innovation with a mission to help people solve some of society's biggest problems and a board member of EPIC Community Interest Company focussed on youth development and empowerment in West London.

Prior to any of this, Kim start her first socialpreneur endeavour, Roka, which provided economic empowerment to woman in India by building a business that was able to turn "Rubble into Rupees" by converting waste product of Granite mining into beautiful jewellery that could be sold.  The proceeds of which lead to economic empowerment of women and was funnelled back into the education system within the community.

Kim is just an extraordinary individual with a strong social conscience. She uses her formidable skills to ensure that everything she does has a meaningful impact.  She shares with our audience her own lessons from all of these experiences including to consider not what you do, but the impact or outcome of what you do.
