In this episode we are joined by Sulin Lau for Part 1 of a 2 part interview.  Sulin is the Marketing Manager for South East Asia for Grab and is one of the most inspiring young leaders we have interviewed.

Please join us as Sulin discusses her thoughts on what makes an inspiring leader.  She has gives us great insights into Grab's approach to leadership and the qualities and attributes they look for in leaders in their business.

For those that are unfamiliar with Grab, it is a true South East Asian success story and unicorn.  Grab started as a taxi hailing service in Malaysia before growing into the preferred ride hailing service in 9 countries throughout South East Asia.  More than that it has become an immersive app that is part of life in so many people's lives throughout the region.  It truly has become the Everyday Everything app.

Grab's values also lead them to doing great things in the community and helping drive the economy with a strong focus on supporting small businesses and people to create income and revenue to sustain themselves.  They empower small to medium sized entrepreneurs to thrive in a modern economy.  This is highlighted by their #grabforgood program.
