Part 2 of our 2-part series in honour of International Women's Day 2021.

Continuing from Part 1, Mick Spiers and the inspiring panel of leaders dig deeper into key and challenging topics surrounding gender inequality including unconscious bias; pay equality; guilt and the role it plays, and what it means to be an ally or champion for diversity and inclusion.

The theme for International Women's Day 2021 is #choosetochallenge and the panel does exactly that.  They challenge the status quo and do not accept society cannot change.

Mick and the panel also directly address questions asked by the live audience that participated in the webinar and panel during the recording.
