#19 - Culture "Add" Versus Culture "Fit"

Too often we hire for "culture fit" believing having like-minds will help our organization evolve and thrive. Why? Less dissonance. What we may need to think about is the idea of "culture add" - hiring to add to the culture in areas we may have deficiencies and breakdowns.
