In this episode, Giulia visited ‘Vlaardingen Commons’, two streets which are the backdrop of a neighbourhood renovation project, realised by a self-organised community of people who work together with residents to revive the area. Giulia walked with Noemi Bardas, a facilitator in the community, to explain what is a self-organised community, how it relates to empowerment and how movement and dance can foster trust in ourselves and one another.
