#2 – Researching the Waves with Ieva Gudaitytė

A conversation on music, radio and alternative ways to enjoy academia.

In this episode, LateMode interviews Ieva Gudaitytė to discuss the subversive possibilities of radio, music and conversations. Ieva hosts a radio show called “Auditorijos” on startfm a local community radio based in Vilnus. She will begin researching how community music radio can offer joyful strategies for civil disobedience and political participation in times of significant socio-political changes. Expect to hear thoughts on what it means to host a radio show, alternative ways to treat academic topics, sound art and democratic media.
