42. Boundaries for abundance in your dating life

I wanted to start the new year with one of my favorite parts of last year: The Finding Your Fearless Retreat which we held in December. During the retreat, I gave a lesson on boundaries and, today, I am sharing that session with you! You'll hear the dating boundaries I recommend you create to invite in more abundance, how to craft boundaries to invite in more self-care, how to protect your heart, and find people who are right for you. 

I wanted to share this lesson with you because my words for 2021 are abundance and ease. While boundaries may not be easy to create or enforce, when you're able to set them clearly and support yourself in developing them, they bring more comfort to your everyday life.
