41. Building your 2021 dating strategy

A new year is almost here. For the last episode of 2020, I wanted to set the stage so that you can build your 2021 dating strategy with focus and compassion.

When I say strategy, I don’t mean swiping in a specific way on dating apps or playing a numbers game. 

Instead, your dating strategy is knowing what you want, the actions that can lead you to find what you are looking for, and how to protect your heart and cognitive load in the process.

To help you build your dating strategy, I’ve come up with three questions to ask yourself. These questions will help you to reflect on what worked in 2020, what didn’t, and what you should (or shouldn’t) focus on in the year to come.
