105. Moving from competition to party mindset in your dating life

This week I am talking about the concept of competition in your dating life. I’ll be sharing how to move from a competitive mindset to a party mindset. Of course, it's hard NOT to think of dating as a competition..., especially when being in a relationship represents "moving forward" into a new stage in life. However, I am here to remind you that's a patriarchal narrative that no longer serves you.  

In this episode, I explore how competition shows up, what it is a reflection of and how you begin to practice self-trust and confidence in order to change your dating mindset for good. 

Dating is not a race to the finish line. It's a party where your only job is to own what you desire, own what you need, get your needs met, and allow the magic of co-creation to do the rest.
