In this Snack Size episode, I book an online service appointment for my car only to end up wondering "Do I or Don't I Actually Have an Appointment?"  In a tale of woe - spoiler alert - I did not, thanks to some #badIT at my local dealership.  

That was bad enough, but they doubled down on some awful follow up to my mild-but-not-five-star review to answer another question "How to chase away customers with #badIT + some bad follow up".  Okay, not a question but you get the point.
