Devotional Message:
Scripture: “Call to Me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.” – Jeremiah 33:3 (NIV)
The journey of faith is often a process of discovery—unfolding slowly, step by step, as we draw closer to God. In Jeremiah 33:3, God extends an invitation: “Call to Me”. This is not a casual suggestion, but a loving call to intimacy and revelation. He promises not only to hear us, but to respond with insight into things far beyond our natural understanding.
God reveals His plans, His truth, and even our purpose through relationship, not rushing. Discovery with God requires seeking, waiting, and listening. Sometimes He reveals answers instantly; other times, He leads us gradually so that our trust deepens and our character grows.
The process may be slow, but it is purposeful. In every question, challenge, and step of obedience, God is shaping us and preparing us for more. He desires that we walk with Him—not just to get answers, but to know Him more deeply along the way.
Today, ask yourself: Am I rushing the process or leaning into it with trust? What is God trying to reveal to me as I call on Him?
Prayer:
Almighty Father, thank You that You invite me into the process of discovery with You. Help me to seek You with a patient heart, trusting that You will reveal what I need to know in Your perfect time. Teach me to value the journey as much as the destination. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
