True strength doesn’t come from physical ability, wealth, or influence—it comes from within, where the Spirit of God dwells. Paul’s prayer in Ephesians reminds us that we need inner strength to face life’s challenges. The storms of life may shake our outer circumstances, but when the Spirit strengthens our inner man, we remain unshaken.
This strength is not about self-reliance but Spirit-reliance. It is God’s power working in us, enabling us to stand firm, walk in faith, resist temptation, and persevere in trials. The stronger our inner man grows, the more Christ dwells in our hearts, shaping us to reflect His nature.
When you feel weary, discouraged, or overwhelmed, remember that the Holy Spirit is your source of renewal. Ask Him to pour His strength into your inner being and anchor you in Christ.
