Let's Talk About Blockchain and the "Afro" Currency

Wait! Before you dismiss this as yet another internet thing about everyone's favourite buzzword, give here us out.

On this episode we talk about the (not so) recently passed African Union Summit, the free trade-zone agreed to by the 40+ countries and the proposed unified currency across all countries. Naturally, because it's 2018, blockchain came up. We spend most of the episode doing some arm-chair analysis and of counter argument being floated; that instead of having one single currency the countries should be allowed to operate independently financially and instead have one single blockchain underlying everything.
