8-year-old Sandra Cantu was the darling of the neighborhood where she resided in Tracy, California.  On March 27, 2009 she disappeared without a trace.  After one of the most extensive searches in California History, she was discovered murdered, unceremoniously stuffed into a suitcase a dumped into a sewage pond.  Who could have done this to the jubilant, vibrant little girl?
