About Heather Allmendinger:

Heather is a Certified Health Coach, a FEMM, and a Teen FEMM Trainer. An amazing mother of two boys who were born when she was in my 30s and nearly 39. Her journey included experiences of both pre-34-year-old pregnancies, the 35+ “geriatric” pregnancy, easy conception, and the challenges of secondary unexplained infertility, which took 14 months to overcome. Heather is dedicated to all the taboo conversations surrounding reproductive health in all stages of life and working with young people and adults while assisting everyone with their unanswered questions.
