Hilary Phelps is such a courageous woman and I truly admire her for being so open, raw, and honest about her struggle with addiction.
During this conversation, we talk about the progression of Hilary's drinking. She also opens up about how she started the long, lonely, and oftentimes scary road to recovery.
Her story is an inspiration and I am so proud of her for sharing the most private parts of herself so that others might find strength in her story.
