Megan Shroy is a force to be reckoned with. First, she's the proud mom of 3 great kiddos and wife to a cool dude named Brent. 

As the founder + president of Approach Marketing, she challenged the traditional marketing model and built an incredible business without having the players under one very expensive roof. While this philosophy was cutting edge at the time, it worked. 

She's also a master of long-term  relationships and cool as a cucumber in a crisis, so basically she's one BADASS B!
