Willpower is the least reliable method of achieving any goal, whether it is a nutrition goal, a fitness goal, a work goal, or a relationship goal... DO NOT rely solely on willpower. Systems need to be put in place, a structure needs to be established, and habits need to be formed. You need to strive to become a "No Plan B" person.
