Blu and I happily welcome Jasmine and Trevir for the fifty-sixth episode of The Junkyard Love Podcast! In this chat - we dabble into the extraterrestrial, we dive into our upbringings, we talk about change, growth, recovery and parenthood, we speak on racism, perspective, photography, responsibility and mucho more. These two fill the conversation with laughs, insight, and exploration into our paths growing up here in our hometown. We share stories of our peculiar upbringings, we talk addictive environments, learning styles, peaceful protesting, house parties and field ragers, we share a great segment on the current divisional climate in America and we explore how certain life landmarks shape our character. These two soon to be newlyweds open up about their childhoods, their growth together as a couple, their hipness as parents, and their love for good tunes. We make sure to offer up our personal stories in hopes to aide other young adults and kids in feeling less alone and more capable of greatness. Trevir shares how becoming a father changed him, how his son has taught him patience, and how he has stepped into the role of role model. Jasmine gives us some background on her vast 9 year journey with photography, her explorations into motherhood, and she shares the importance of asking questions to feed knowledge. Jazz and Trev are incredibly fun to talk to and they've always given me joy in our interactions. I'm glad to have them on the podcast. Follow Jasmines photography on FB and Insta @jasminejeanvisions.

Couple quotes from my notes -

"It's so easy to be a bad person, it takes work to be a good person."
"That's the cool thing about America, we're one big melting pot."
"It's not your fault."
