This is a very free-form, completely unedited solo podcast about depression and anxiety. Nothing prepared, I hit record with the intention to discuss anxiety and depression in some sort of helpful manner. (I have no clue if I succeeded, but that is my aim). For people with depression or people with loved ones who have depression, take what helps and disregard what doesn't resonate. This is a tiny piece of the puzzle, these subjects are deeply more complicated than the things that came into my head while the camera was on this time.
