Shermonica shares her Journey to Self Care. Shermonica is a 9 year Domestic Violence Survivor. Shermonica shares how she turned her pain into purpose. Shermonica shares how she was abused for 4 years by one of her children's father. Shermonica left her abuser and decided to help other Women and Men whom are abused. She has opened a non Profit organization call Help Me Help You. Shermonica is a motivational speaker and she also helps women and men around the world.

Shermonica teaches that there is Life after Domestic Violence. Shermonica wants everyone to Know that You Shouldn't be afraid to leave but be afraid to Stay.
