Family of Origin: Healing F*cked Up Childhoods

This episode was very tough for me to record. The original was much more hardcore..triggering..but yet therapeutic. Unfortunately, to find inner peace with my family (you will hear why) I re-recorded this in a different way.

I’m still healing from my childhood and even now as their dynamic has not changed..but my awareness has..I have separated myself from their energy and the hold I used to allow it to have over me.

You too can experience freedom and liberation from similar pain. It will be challenging at times to move through, but you can find healing, wholeness and acceptance within yourself to reframe your response, beliefs and paradigms to find inner peace and love.
