Rand Fishkin (@randfish) is the cofounder and CEO of SparkToro and was previously the founder of Moz (MOZ.com).

As the CEO of Moz, he grew the company from 7 employees to 134, revenues from $800K to $29.3mm, and traffic from 1 to 30mm annual visitors. Moz was also named to the Inc500 five years in a row. Rand did all of this in 7 years as CEO.
